How to screenshot computer screen without using any software

Some months ago, when my friend was helping me with some issues over the internet, I saw him screenshot something from the internet with my laptop. Few days’ time I tried to do the same thing, but I failed to get it right. That pushed me to start using software. I’ve being using some annoying software to screenshot my projects in the past few months, but luckily, I was taught by a friend. So I decided to share it with my readers. I’m aware that many computer users have looking for a way to screenshot without software installed in the computer, that’s why I’m here to tell you that you can actually screenshot your current project without any software, that’s amazing, right? Follow the steps below!




You don’t have to go extra miles to get a software for screenshot purpose. This article will make you understand how to do it.

Let’s fire up without wasting your time!

To screenshot any background of your laptop/computer press the ”window button + prnt scrn” Nothing more, successfully, now you’ve your screenshot photo/image on your computer.


To locate the photo/image, just click on the folder icon on the task bar, the task bar is located on the bottom part of the computer.


When you open the folder, you will find where your pictures folder is located. click to open the pictures folder.



When the pictures folder open, you will get to see screenshots folder that’s where all your screenshot photos will be found.
Note: When you press window button + prnt screen button a folder name “screenshots” will be automatically created, that’s where all your future screenshot photos will be stored.
